What are Flex Hours?
Flex Hours are free development hours given to our customers. You can obtain Flex Hours by purchasing any Business Package or by directing business to us.
Can I upgrade my current package?
Yes. You will also receive the full Flex Hours obtained by the package you upgrade to. You will only be charged the difference of the package base price from your current package.
Who owns my domain?
By default, Flex Web Solutions will purchase the domain and web hosting account at the best going rate based on your package. If however you wish to purchase your own domain and web hosting account, $5 will be deducted from the monthly maintenance fee. E-mail accounts are then based on the vendor agreement with your web hoster and not the responsibility of Flex Web Solutions.
